The biggest issue is that I get the spinning wheel when trying to order something. This happens when I navigate into the blue order now, then into the yellow order now. After that, I can select a catagory of food and then a specific food. The first time I attempt this, it will not work, everytime. I get the spinning wheel. After going forward and back several times, sometimes closing the app and restarting, it will let me add a sandwich or drink or whatever. It shouldnt be this hard ☹️

Not the worst, but definitely a terrible user experience. I've never been able to order delivery on the app, only pick-up. This is strange because on the website there is a delivery option, but it seems like it goes through a completely different, 3rd party platform. What's the point of having a personalized app for rewards if you have to go through multiple avenues to order your food?

Notifications for a delivery order are lacking. I placed an order for delivery, which is serviced through GrubHub. I had to keep manually checking the status of the order within the app to see it's progress. Eventually, the option to track my order was no longer available, and I never received the delivery. I did not receive any emails or notifications throughout the process to let me know the status of my order. Likely the first and last time I use this app
