BeautyFlow is the app you use to book and manage your appointments at your favorite salon: hairdressers, beauty salons, barbers.
YOU NEED YOUR SALON CODE
BeautyFlow is not a salon directory. To use it, you need the BeautyCode or QR code of the affiliated salon: you can find it in-store or the salon itself will send it to you. Scan the QR code or enter the code, create your account, and from that moment on, you have the salon's schedule at your fingertips. You can connect multiple salons with the same account.
NO PAYMENTS IN THE APP
The app is free and contains no in-app purchases or payments of any kind. Treatments are paid for in the salon, as always. The prices displayed are only to let you know in advance how much the service you're choosing will cost.
BOOK IN ONE MINUTE
- Choose your service; the salon only shows you what they can offer.
- Compare available salons with their earliest availability and price.
- Filter by morning or afternoon and choose the date and time from available slots.
- Add a note for your salon and confirm.
WHEN THERE'S NO SPACE
If no slot suits you, join the waiting list: as soon as a space matching your preferences becomes available, you'll receive a notification.
EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL
- Your next appointment is always highlighted when we open.
- Automatic reminders, so you never forget.
- Complete history of your treatments.
- Current promotions and offers from your salon.
- Personal profile with allergies, intolerances, and helpful notes for the salon.
QUICK AND SECURE ACCESS
Log in with Face ID or Touch ID, or let your keychain fill in your credentials. Your details remain between you and the salon you choose.
GETTING STARTED
1. Ask your salon for the Beauty Code or scan the QR code displayed in-store
2. Register with your email and phone number
3. Wait for the salon to approve your booking and start booking
BeautyFlow is designed for clients of affiliated salons: if your salon isn't using BeautyFlow yet, let them know.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app.
