About this app
BeautyFlow Pro is the work app for salon owners, receptionists, and salon staff using the BeautyFlow management system.
YOUR SALON CREDENTIALS ARE REQUIRED
You don't need to register here. The account is created by the salon owner in the management system, with your role and permissions. When you log in for the first time, choose your salon—by scanning the QR code displayed in the store or entering your beauty code—then log in with your credentials. If you work in multiple locations, connect them all to the same device.

CALENDAR
Monthly grid with closures, holidays, special openings, schedule changes, and approved vacations. Daily schedule per operator and booking details. Each operator sees their own schedule; Anyone with permissions can see everyone's.
VACATION AND PERMISSIONS
Request vacation time or a few hours' leave. Approvers immediately see which appointments would be affected before giving the green light.
CUSTOMER RECORDS
Record work performed: steps, products used, price, operators involved, photos, and attachments. Each major change creates a new version, and previous versions remain accessible and restorable.
WAREHOUSE
Inventory with barcode search, loading and unloading movements, and corrections. You can connect an external scanner.
QUICK ACCESS
Log in with Face ID or Touch ID instead of retyping your password. The Home screen widget shows you today's appointments without opening the app.
NOTIFICATIONS
Get alerts when a booking or leave request arrives for approval. You can disable them at any time from your iOS settings.
NO PAYMENTS IN THE APP
BeautyFlow Pro contains no in-app purchases and does not process payments. When you record the proceeds of an appointment or sell a product, you're recording something that's already happened at the counter: the app updates the management system's cash register and unloads the product from the warehouse, without any money flowing through it.
BeautyFlow Pro is reserved for affiliated salon staff. Salon clients use the BeautyFlow app, which is used to book appointments.
