Concept good, app works fine, but the end product no so good. You have no idea what you're buying and the picture is never the same. The service depends on local suppliers and my experience was frankly awful. Taking advantage of an expensive scheme to manipulate it's supply. Also UNABLE to delete account, which is also a negative. When you 'apply' to cancel they have "to decide". Utter nonsense. So gave it 1 as I'm extremely unhappy with the service overall

I've used the service numerous times. Each time it's been easy to deal with everyone. I recommend them for good product and price.

Great service no complaints my girlfriend always loves the flowers and they always work with me especially when they need to change the order, and the app is good but could use some work like seeing past orders if there is more then two items it wont let me see the rest and when choosing a date for the delivery it wont show the date i chose but instead show a day before the one i chose, other then that great app
