ParkMate turns unused parking into a spot you can book in minutes.

Heading to work, a hospital, a wedding or a match? ParkMate helps you find real parking near where you are going — and book it before you leave home. And if you have a driveway or garage sitting empty, you can list it and earn from it.

FOR DRIVERS

• Search parking near you, or around any destination, on a live map
• See photos, house rules, directions and the exact spot before you book
• Filter for what you actually need — covered parking, EV charging, CCTV, gated access, a security guard or good lighting
• Space for bikes, cars, SUVs and trucks, with height limits shown up front
• Pay by the hour, half day, day, week or month — whichever suits the trip
• Instant Book where the host allows it, or send a request and get a quick answer
• Running late? Extend your booking from your phone
• Check in with a QR scan or a handover code from the host
• Take before-and-after photos so the condition of the spot is never in doubt
• Message your host in the app if you cannot find the entrance
• Cancel under a clear policy you see before you pay

FOR HOSTS

• List a driveway, garage, basement, stilt, open lot or street-side space in a few steps
• Add your own photos, house rules and check-in instructions
• Set hourly, half-day, daily, weekly and monthly rates, and a deposit if you want one
• Set weekly availability, block dates, and take bookings only when it suits you
• Choose Instant Book, or approve every request yourself
• Track your earnings and withdraw to your bank account
• Review drivers, and reply publicly to reviews you receive

PAYMENTS

Pay securely by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or wallet. Every booking comes with an invoice you can download, and refunds follow the cancellation policy shown to you before you paid. All rates and payouts are in Indian Rupees.

TRUST AND SAFETY

• Location-checked check-in and check-out, so both sides know the booking really happened
• Photo evidence timestamped on our servers, not on the device
• A one-time handover code shared between driver and host
• Optional vehicle verification using your RC and number plate
• Raise a dispute with photos if something goes wrong, and our team will review it
• Two-way reviews, so drivers and hosts both build a track record
