FlowList is a task manager built around two ideas: the things you need to do today, and the habits you want to build for life. Everything lives on your device. Nothing leaves it.

YOUR TASKS, UNDER CONTROL

Add a task in seconds — title, due date, time, priority, and a checklist for anything with multiple steps. Swipe right to complete it. Swipe left to delete it. Reminders fire exactly when you set them, even with the screen off.

The home screen splits your day into three sections: Overdue, Today, and Completed. A progress ring at the top shows you at a glance how much of your day is done.

BUILD ROUTINES THAT STICK

Create a daily routine — morning run, reading, drinking water — and FlowList tracks your streak automatically. Each routine has a 30-day completion heatmap so you can see where you slipped and where you've stayed consistent. Streak badges update every day.

The Upcoming tab lays out the next 14 days grouped by date. Spot gaps in your schedule before they become problems. Tap the + on any day row to add a task pre-filled with that date.

Search scans every task title and note across your entire history, highlights the matched text in the results, and returns in under a second. No waiting, no loading spinners.

YOUR DATA, FOREVER

Export a complete backup of your tasks, routines, subtasks and categories as a JSON file and save it anywhere — your phone, a cloud drive, or email. Import it back any time, even on a new phone. Your data never touches our servers because we don't have any.
