FlowLogic Workforce gives support workers and staff at NDIS and disability service providers fast, secure mobile access to their shifts, participants and shift notes. View your roster, see who you're supporting, accept casual shifts, capture notes on the go, and clock on or off — anywhere, anytime.

KEY FEATURES

PIN code login

Skip the password every time. Set up a secure PIN after your first login, with the option to log out fully on shared devices.

Calendar view of shifts

See your full fortnight in a calendar layout. Scroll horizontally to review past shifts or plan upcoming ones, and tap any shift to view its details.

Shift details

Date, time, location, the participants you're supporting, notes or special instructions from the provider, and the co-workers on the same shift — all in one place.

Participant profiles

Look up the participants you're supporting before you arrive: name, basic profile details, contact info, and any key notes your organisation has chosen to surface.

Staff profiles

Where enabled, view basic details about the other staff on your shift so you can prepare and coordinate with your team.

Clock on, clock off

Record your time straight from the app. Tap Clock On at the start of your shift and Clock Off when you finish — your status is visible on the shift screen, and timesheets sync back to FlowLogic for completion.

Accept or reject casual shifts

Casual staff get more control over when they work: see the shifts available to you and accept or reject them directly in the app.

Capture shift notes on the go

Record observations, outcomes and important updates for each shift from your phone. Notes flow back to FlowLogic and are viewable by your team where enabled.

Quick access to more

Tap through to FlowLogic for incident reports, leave requests and viewing timesheets — without signing in again.

WHO IT'S FOR

FlowLogic Workforce is built for support workers and staff at NDIS and disability service providers that use FlowLogic to manage their workforce. You'll need an active FlowLogic account from your organisation to sign in. If you're not sure whether your provider uses FlowLogic, check with your manager or scheduling team.

GETTING STARTED

1. Download the app from Google Play
2. Enter your organisation's FlowLogic URL
3. Sign in with your FlowLogic username, password and 2FA (where applicable)
4. Set up your PIN code

You'll be ready to view shifts and clock on in minutes.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

FlowLogic Workforce is built on the FlowLogic platform used by Australian NDIS providers. Your data stays within your organisation's FlowLogic environment, and access is controlled by your organisation's existing user permissions and authentication settings.
