Partners: This profile is designed for owners or managers who want to stay informed in real time about what is happening in their business. Members can access statistics such as current capacity, historical income and expenses, attendance projections and comparisons with previous events. In addition, they receive key alerts about critical situations, such as proximity to the capacity limit or incidents reported by security personnel. It includes an internal chat to facilitate communication between different users and teams.
Door Security: this role is aimed at the personnel who control access at the entrances and exits of the event. Through the person account system, they can record income and expenses in real time, ensuring that capacity remains within established limits. They also receive automatic alerts when situations such as overcapacity or unauthorized entries are detected.
Track Security: focused on the personnel working within the event, this user has access to specific alerts about critical situations on the track, such as crowds or unusual behavior. In addition, it has functionality to record qualitative observations, such as suspicious attitudes or relevant incidents, which are shared with administrators for efficient management.
