Flowly Reminder is a private hydration tracker built for steady daily logging. Set your water target, add 250 ml or 500 ml pours instantly, save favorite amounts, or record a custom drink with type, time, and notes.
The Today view shows current progress, remaining intake, quick actions, and the day's timeline. Logging keeps custom entries editable, while Insights summarizes daily totals, goal percentage, weekly average, and streak progress. Preferences let you switch units, tune reminder wording, choose a week start, manage favorites, export JSON, import a backup, or reset local data.
Everything works offline with on-device storage, so Flowly is useful without accounts, subscriptions, or network access.
