Unfold PDF is a fast PDF reader, PDF viewer and PDF editor for Android. Open PDF files, search text, highlight and annotate, sign PDF documents, scan documents to PDF, merge PDF files, split pages, convert JPG to PDF and PDF to JPG, and password-protect PDFs — all in one lightweight app.
Powered by the open-source PDFium engine, even long documents open quickly and text stays sharp at any zoom. Unfold PDF does not ask for "All files access": it only opens the PDFs and folders you choose.

Q. How do I open a PDF I received?
A. Tap the PDF file and choose Unfold PDF in "Open with". It will also appear in your recent files.
Q. How do I sign a PDF?
A. Open the document, tap Draw → Signature, draw and save your signature, then tap where it should go.
Q. Where are my annotations saved?
A. Tap the save icon at the top to write them into the PDF. If the original can't be changed, a copy is saved.
Q. Can I search scanned PDFs?
A. PDFs that contain text can be searched, selected and read aloud. Image-only scans have no text to search.
