User experience of the app is very bad. It appears as if website is opened in the small screen. It's better to use in browser instead of app. Needs complete overhaul of the app to make it user friendly.

Best App, Immediately Customer Executive enquiry about the issue and try to resolve the same. Great People behind the Apps, Great Customer Care Service. I am personally 1000% Satisfied. Best of luck to Customer Care Executive and their Official Personnel. All issues resolved instant and they take several follow up. Yes still bugs are there in the app need to fix soon. Thanks a lot

The app should be useful whereas using it is really a wastage of time. App developers please look into the flaws that users are encountering. Even when all the documents for a new connection are uploaded, it doesn't direct for payment and as such application never gets completed. Worst experience. Never expected this from Odishadiscoms. Upon enquiry about d issue, Customer executive advises to try for payment after few hours but where is d navigation❓❓My application is pending since 12.07.2021
