➡️ Accessibility Service Usage
FluentMode uses Android's Accessibility Service to provide its core app-blocking functionality.
After you choose which apps you want to limit, FluentMode uses the Accessibility Service to detect when one of those selected apps is opened. The service is also used to measure time spent in selected apps and to display a blocking screen when your earned time runs out.
This functionality is essential for FluentMode's core experience and only applies to apps explicitly selected by the user.
FluentMode does not use the Accessibility Service to read screen content, collect personal text, capture keystrokes, or access sensitive information displayed in other apps.
All app-blocking decisions occur locally on your device. Usage statistics, learning progress, and subscription-related information may be securely synchronized with cloud services to support app functionality and account continuity.
FluentMode isn’t about removing your apps — it’s about changing how you use them.
Block distracting apps. Earn scroll time by learning languages.
