This app and the support team are PHENOMENAL. I came across an issue last week where the app would get stuck loading and it wouldn't connect the base. So I messaged them through their "🎧 help" option. They responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the whole process of getting the issue fixed, and let me know when a new version was ready to download. I updated the app and voila! My base connected beautifully and Domino and I were back to adding new words! Thank you FluentPet!

Whatever new update happened has made it difficult to rearrange words. We have some connect buttons and some classic ones. When we use a combination of buttons to create sentences, the Connect buttons are the only ones that register to the app of course. I used to add the other words and rearrange them by dragging them into the order used, but now I can't drag the unconnected words in to integrate, I have to delete the Connect words and start from scratch.

I have over $350-worth of equipment in my house that I can't use because I can't login to the app to connect the base and buttons to the Internet. The login page just keeps recycling without any error message. Edit: It took this negative review to get attention. Cust. Srvc. emailed and attempted to resolve the issue. I ended up changing my browser to have it work. The app opens a browser to confirm logins and then switches back to the app.
