The light itself is great, but this app is so terrible it's essentially unusable. It never stays connected to the light. I have to re-pair at least weekly. It's never reliable and sometimes appears offline for whatever reason. The light uses Bluetooth which every other set of headphones or smart lights have little problem with in 2026 except this one.

The app is very buggy. Also it is deeply hidden on the website that the floura requires that you are on the 2.4 GHz frequency of your WiFi. It is also not mentioned anywhere in the troubleshooting guides. It would also be lovely if you had an option to save some of the manual settings for the lamps. Customer support is pretty good.

This has got to be the worst app I have ever dealt with in my life. I've owned smartphones since phones where smart. I've owned the flora floor lamp for at least a year. Finally, got it working good. But then I moved and switched routers. this app is very finicky and hard to set up! If you get it working the first time then you got very lucky. And you probably own an iPhone. I don't! Don't get me wrong, it's a great product. But the app to control it crashes a lot. at least with Androids.
