It's pathetic. For a long time now, I have to try 7 or 8 times to get into my bank accounts and sometimes I just give up. It keeps saying I have a slow connection but they'll keep trying. It's mobile data 4G, that should be enough speed to work!

Not working after updating the apps. The app keeping saying "connecting to bank account, please wait. You have slow connection". Waited over 5 minutes still loading. My phone is connected to my home WiFi and I tested my internet connection speed which is over 300 Mbps. Does the app required 1Gbps internet connection to work??

Hi friends, Those who are trying to deposit check and getting black screen please follow the below steps - 1. In your Mobile App settings please set "Flushing Bank App" permission to take pics/images. To use Camera. 2. Once you have changed the settings to give permission close your App and again re-open it. Now it should work for sure. I too faced this issue and after too much of Research and talking to one of an experienced Customer Service Executive was able to get the solution !!
