SECURE: Using Telegram API as backend server that are distributed worldwide and encrypted message technology MTProto protocol, layered again with "Secret Chats" end to end encryption.
PROGRESS: Flutegram are still ongoing project, right now only 30% of Telegram TL-schema already used.
OPEN DEVELOPMENT: In the future if the project had enough traction and support, we will glad to be a part of Open Source initiative.
