Once a report is submitted, it undergoes a swift review process by a dedicated administrator. Upon approval, the issue is intelligently assigned to the appropriate municipal worker or department responsible for that specific category. The assigned worker then updates the post's status, first marking it as "ongoing" to indicate that action is being taken. Crucially, upon completion of the task, the worker is required to upload a photographic proof of resolution, which is then visible to the original reporter and, if public, to all users.
