About this app

Positive.GO is the companion application for your company's ERPNext system. It's a business tool: you log in with the account issued to you by your company, and everything you see pertains to your company and is stored on its server.

Sales and Customers
• Browse the customer list and open any customer's file to view their complete history
• Create and edit sales orders and quotes in their respective locations
• Record collections and view outstanding balances for each customer
• Image checks and attach them to receipts

Reservations
• View all reservations and available units daily at a glance
• Make a preliminary reservation, confirm it with a deposit, and settle the account upon departure
• Record a delivery report, calculate damage charges, and apply a discount to the invoice
• Cancel a reservation and receive a refund of the deposit or retain it as a cancellation fee

Invoices
• All invoices and orders are in one list, categorized as: Unpaid, Partially Paid, Paid
• Open any document to view its full details and record the payment directly
• Accounts receivable balances for each customer

Human Resources
• Record attendance and departure times
• Leave requests, advances, and other HR documents, and track their approval
• Managers review their teams' requests and make decisions directly from the screen The same

Tasks and Reports
• Tasks assigned to you and their completion percentage
• Reports authorized by your permissions, based on live data

How it works
The application connects directly to your company's ERPNext server via an encrypted HTTPS connection, and Positive Solutions does not retain any copies of your work data. The menu adapts to your role, so each user sees only the screens authorized by their permissions.

The geographic location is read only at the moment the attendance button is pressed, to verify your presence at the workplace. There is no background tracking.

Arabic and English, with full right-to-left writing support.

Requirements
Active ERPNext subscription with Positive Solutions, and an account issued by your company's system administrator. The application cannot be used without it.
