MycoFile helps you track mushroom cultures, log activity, and stay organized. From home growers to small farms, it will help you reduce waste, save time, and make smarter decisions for your grow.

Add the strains you’re working with, including name, species, photos, and estimated colonization times. These times carry through to new items of that strain, helping you plan your grow more accurately.

Keep all your items and batches organized in one place. Search and filter to find what you need quickly. Print PDF or Bluetooth labels, log flushes and harvest weights, and get a clear view of contamination, yield, and item counts.

*Activity Logs*
Capture notes, photos, and status updates for every batch. Harvests and updates are automatically logged in your mushroom log, so you always have a clear history of your work.

*Inventory & Recipes*
Track costs, low stock levels, and reorders. Build recipes from your inventory and attach them to batches so costs and materials are tracked automatically.

*Grow Spaces & Culture Lineages*
Assign locations to items or batches to keep your grow spaces organized. Track parent cultures and view full “family trees” of your mushroom cultures to understand lineage and performance.

*Customization*
Adjust settings to fit your workflow. Set label preferences, default colonization times, and security options like PIN and encryption. Pro and Farm plans let you invite team members to collaborate.

Ratings and reviews

They claim the D30 is compatible and it says its connected but for so reason when i go to print the app connects me to my normal printer and will not let me do anything with the D30. I know its not the D30 because im using the device app for tomatoes and i have no problem at all. other than the label printing issue its very easy to keep track of things, waaaay better than pen and paper.

Nice app to track everything but I'd get more use if it had options for outdoor items. Logs, totems, beds. Square feet and meters. Diameter or circumference, length, and inoculation points.

as an avid mycology enthusiasts this app is awesome simplicity and organization all in one place. with large categorical classification options and selection.
