I know that feeling. That's exactly why I built Paris on the spot. I'm Mathilde, a Parisian (not an algorithm, not AI). Just someone who knows this city and wanted to hand you something better than another endless list. The addresses that are actually worth your time, organized around the monuments you'll visit.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?
If you're visiting Paris for the first time, plan everything yourself, and want the right addresses without the overwhelm, I built this for you. You've done the research. You've read the blogs, scrolled the feeds, saved the posts. And yet something still feels missing. That one person who actually knows Paris, who can tell you exactly where to go and what's worth your time. Someone who hands you a trusted selection, so you can pick what feels right for you, assemble your own trip, and arrive knowing every choice was the right one. That person is me.

And if you're already in Paris, standing on a street corner trying to figure out what to do next, I've got you too. You could ask AI and get the same answer as everyone else. Or you could open this app and get mine. One honest note though: in high season, some spots fill up fast. This app works best when you've had a little time to plan ahead.

HOW IT WORKS
1) PLAN YOUR VISIT
Pick your monument: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Orsay Museum, the Arc de Triomphe. Each one comes with a curated selection of addresses nearby: where to eat, what to do, where to shop. A tight, trusted selection you can actually choose from, and build your own Paris from.
- WHERE TO EAT: I organized the restaurants and cafés by what you're actually in the mood for. A traditional bistro for a proper French lunch, a pastry break between two visits, something quick and good to grab on the go, or a spot the kids and teenagers will actually enjoy. Not the places that show up first on Google or flood your social media feed. The ones I genuinely recommend.
- WHAT TO SEE AND DO: parks, architectural gems, unique experiences, etc. Famous or not, these are the ones I'd actually point you to. Not because they're on every list, but because they're worth your time.
- WHERE TO SHOP: the boutiques and addresses worth stepping into, within reach of every monument. French fashion, beautiful leather goods, gourmet treats to bring home, and more. The ones I send my friends to.

2) PREPARE YOUR VISIT
Before you even arrive at the door of a monument, know exactly what to expect. The right entrance, the best time to go, the quiet spots most visitors walk right past. The details that turn a good visit into a great one.

3) BACKUP PLANS
If one of your monuments is unexpectedly closed on the day, you'll know exactly where to go instead. It doesn't happen often, but when it does it can derail an entire day. That's why every monument comes with a backup plan, already waiting before you even need it.

The app currently offers addresses, visit tips and backup plans for the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Orsay Museum, and the Arc de Triomphe. Notre-Dame arriving June 2026, with more monuments added regularly after that.
