Hello and welcome to the Kempten Museum! Whether you are looking for the quickest way to the highlights of Kempten's 2000-year history or want to find out everything about the eleven themed rooms of the museum - our app is the right choice for you. Retelling over two millennia of the town's history - that is the core objective of the Kempten Museum in the Zumsteinhaus. The exhibition rooms on the ground floor provide a quick introduction to the history of Kempten and that of the Zumstein brothers' trading house - the fabric merchants once had the house built. A walk-through city map shows the most important sights of the city. Kempten is known as the oldest town in Germany to be mentioned in written records: If you are interested in the Roman Cambodunum, a special themed tour will take you to our oldest exhibits.
