- Takes hours to login due to login loop. - Slow to purchase when standing in line, waiting to pay. - It's very manual process to keep track of which cards have what value spent on them. You have to go searching for the website of the gift card and figure out how to find the value, especialy to see if any refunds processed. - Doesn't support dark mode on App or website. - App is behind the bottom navigation bar and can't access the menu to mark as spent. - App doesn't exit when you hit back.

This is the most bug-filled app I think I've ever used. I couldn't do anything on it. Errors when trying to add my bank account. I managed to add my credit card, then when trying to purchase any gift cards, it says "invalid purchase amount" for no reason. App is super laggy, randomly crashes, and my favorite part is it has white text on a white background in some spots. I give up, I wouldn't trust this hunk of junk to keep my or anyone's payment information secure.

Haven't been using long but I did the initial set up even purchased a gift card no problems. Now the app won't work keeps kicking me out. I have reinstalled a few times with no luck. I tried to withdraw the money so I can be done with the app. I have accumulated $8 and change and says to withdraw to bank I have exceeded the allotted money allowed to transfer. If I try to transfer to a gift card it says I have no balance available!!!
