system was down, and all sensors were unable to connect. call the support line & was told backend upgrade causing issue. please wait. 48 hours passed, and there were no updates and systems still down this is a security system, shouldn't have any downtime.

I have been using Aljia for over five months now. The network connection has been quite stable, and the app runs smoothly. The playback feature is very helpful, and I haven’t experienced any data loss so far. Overall, it offers great value for the price!

One star rating is over rated! I had the security cameras for 6 mo., often can't connect to wifi, when call in, average 8 to10 calls min. each rep. will tell u a different way to reset, and could NEVER get the issues fixed, their app can't do sh*&.This is not a US based company, no English rep., all the Chinese reps. don't speak English, poor quality products, technical support is worse!! tried to cancel service cause the camera not working, there $350 termination fee! DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE!
