Unsatisfactory to use. It's slow, freezes, keeps you waiting (especially the Skybucks side). It doesn't automatically sign you in. Even if you are signed in, you are not sure. Trying to book for flights is a nightmare. Definitely not a smart app. Fails to integrate data about the user

Relatively good but had to book twice as the app took me back to the start after my first booking. OK, months after my above review, this app has frustrated me again. Aaaaaaargh....!!!! 6 attempts to pay via your limited options, and eventually lost my seat. Took about 30 minutes to pay you!

I booked last Thursday for a flight that was on Sunday, only to my surprised the flight was already fully booked when i called asking for my ticket, I'm waiting for my refund. My problem is why the App allowed me to book while the flight was fully booked? That was poor, I'm giving 2 stars because I once booked and everything was ok then.
