This is a versatile Playlist Manager and MP3/M4A/FLAC tag Editor.
NOTE:
Android playlists are deprecated in API level 31.
Google will keep the current functionality for compatibility reasons,
but will no longer take feature request.
Google do not advise adding new usages of Android Playlists.

Apart from the usual functionality of creating playlists from your music, there are many unique features such as creating not only android but also .m3u and smb playlists.
In addition, it offers a level of integration with Poweramp™ music player.

I've used this app since 2017. I use it mainly to keep track of records in my Poweramp playlists. I have the habit of keeping track of how many times songs are played over the years. When I switch phones (every 2yrs) this data will be lost, that's when this awesome app comes into play. I just export data to a file and put that file into my new phone, then import it. Baam! Everything is the same again: play count, ratings, tags,... So amazing.

I installed this, and it got through my 20,000-file collection in a few minutes, synching the ratings to PowerAmp. Unfortunately, I didn't know that PowerAmp does not support 1/2 stars in ratings, so this solution doesn't work for me. I'm going to keep looking for players with native support for ratings in IDv3 tags, or give up and switch to MediaMonkey on my desktop so I can sync with MediaMonkey on the phone. So, doesn't work for me, but looks like a good tool for others.

Great Music Playlist app. Android O. S. 8.0 on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I totally agree with everything that the other Reviewers who rated this app highly have said about it. So, there is really no need for me to reiterate what many of them have already said. I do want to emphasize is that that this app is quite likely the only Music Playlist Generator app in the Playstore which implements the complete set of functionality that any app created for this type of use should have. And it works well
