AndroidプレイリストはAPIレベル31で非推奨になりました。
Googleは互換性の理由から現在の機能を維持しますが、

作者の方の回答では、Android10では使用しているライブラリの関係で、Tagが読み込めないようです。　 Android10では現状、Tag編集機能、POPMタグからPowerampへのレーティングの書き込み、POPMタグへの書き戻しは出来ないようです。　　 すみません、日本からです。 自動翻訳なので読みづらいかもしれませんが、申し訳ございません。 今の所使いたい用途では動作していません。 　　　 MusicBeeからPowerampへの同期の際にレーティング(POPMタグ)を相互に反映出来るかと思って購入しました。 　　　 実行した結果 Finished updating Poweramp ratingsと出て完了したように表示はされるのですが、Powerampで見ると反映されていませんでした。 　　　 タグの詳細編集機能で、ファイルのタグを開くと、タグの各項目に[A]と表示されおり どうもタグの読み込みに失敗しているようです。　　　 日本語環境なので、文字コードのせいなのか状況はわからないのですが・・・ エラーログを開いてみると[B]という記述が並んでいます。 使い方に何か問題あるのでしょうか？ 　　　 タグの詳細編集機能でPoweramp ratingに手動で書き込んだものはPowerampに反映されています。 　　　 またプレイリストもPowerampに反映されています。(とはいえ、プレイリストは主にWindowsで作成して同期するので動作確認のためのテストです。) 　　　 ------------------------------------------ 　　　 I'm sorry, I'm from Japan.
