Great app if you just want the basics. I am gluten intolerant and most of the time it says that it is not available, but if I go there in person, it is. Also there is no option to add a side of the queso sauce, which is my favorite. You have to order that separately when you go to pick up, even if you have requested it in the free text, and it normally takes another 15 minutes, which defeats the whole purpose of a speedy online order.

EDIT September 2023 - this app's customer service is STELLAR. I received an email within hours of my review, and they quickly provided suggestions and possible solutions. After it was worked out, I forgot to email back to let them know, and they followed up to confirm it was resolved. August 2023 - Used to be great, but the last couple of months I've been unable to order at my nearest location, so can't earn rewards

Love this app! It allows me to link my card for purchases to add rewards. They always get my order right and carryout is quick and painless. I love the atmosphere of all the Satellite and Flying Stars. 😃
