EDIT September 2023 - this app's customer service is STELLAR. I received an email within hours of my review, and they quickly provided suggestions and possible solutions. After it was worked out, I forgot to email back to let them know, and they followed up to confirm it was resolved. August 2023 - Used to be great, but the last couple of months I've been unable to order at my nearest location, so can't earn rewards

it's a bit clunky. I order the same thing is ordered last time, made one small change to the order and changed locations. that seems like it should've taken about half the time it did.

Is suddenly refusing to add any order to the cart. I literally cannot order food on your food ordering app. And it has been like this for at least 2 weeks.
