This company sets reverse records in customer support. I purchased a ticket with them and these are my problems so far: personnel rude to me during registration (my baggage was over limit but I did not use my carry-on allowance and there was definitely room to accommodate my needs or at least be polite), then they delayed the flight - thrice (by 8 hours in total), next they were rude on the plane (not allowed to wait for toilet near the toilet), and finally they refused to refund a train ticket

The app is very user friendly and easy to use. The only issue I see there, which is bothering not only me in particular. The bookings are not displayed in the app. They have to be added every time, which is highly inconvenient.
