I've been trying to use the same app icon to sign in. It tells me there's an issue. Then I have to click "update app" at the bottom of the sign in screen, every single time I want to use the "updated" version. Then it sends me straight to the app store or else it won't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's still doing this. Please fix this or give me a suggestion on how to make the icon work correctly.

Massive frustration with the installation/update process, and conversion from the old app...the new one had a steep learning curve. Once you've got it to work, relearned and mastered the new interface and software operation, it appears to work well and is easy to use.

The new interface WAS great, until the mobile deposit interface stopped working back in April and they have yet to fix it, despite my numerous complaints to customer service. The front of check capture works just fine, but the back of image capture REFUSES to focus and says 'retry'. As it is required to sign all checks "mobile deposit only" this issue causes some serious issues for deposits. At this point, I am just considering getting a new bank so I can mobile deposit checks again -_-
