Ratings and reviews

Unfortunately, this app is now promoting a device lock screen and obtaining your biometrics (facial recognition and fingerprint). Not having either of those makes banking less convenient and, in turn, less accessible. Not everything needs to be tied to the mass database of biometrics. Since the alternative is now signing in with full credentials, there's no need to use the app.

It'll tell me how much money I have and it'll say updated in real time and say it's the current balance I go pay for something and check the ATM and it'll say a completely different balance. The past two weeks it's completely been a POS app to the point I WILL be uninstalling and will check otw home from work now if need be bc this is ridiculous! Says a certain amount and it's always off!

app updated and wont store credentials without an unlock screen making online banking more difficult. probably will switch banks because of it
