Much better than before! But, I'd like...when depositing checks that the "check front" "check back" and "process" be moved to the same side (preferably the right side) While holding the phone and trying to reach to the center of the phone to touch the "process" a check command is difficult to reach and keep phone steady and in place.

I've been banking with F&M for around thirty years. Customer service has always been very professional, helpful and kind. I couldn't think of ever changing to a better bank because to me, there is none other. Thank You, Penny Bonds

The old app worked much better, the app camera used to take the check picture. Not like the new app where I have to balance the camera and click on the screen as it normally blurs the picture. Hopefully they can fix that back to the way it was! 🤔
