Ratings and reviews

It's a good, fast and easiest way to withdraw and transfer money. But sometimes it causes problems due to network issues or due to unknown and unnecessary errors, the backend team always deserves a big round of applause for the maintenance. And also the team should update biometric verification, there should be option of biometric verification without visiting any branch. Thanks to this, the firstpay application will have more performance.

Whenever i click 'Debit Card', i get general processing error. This has been happenig ever since. App is full of bugs. As asked by FirstPay team under my review, i contacted their support and the answer was "there are currently many issues with the app, and teams are working to solve them." Other than that they had no clue what to do...

bad service! useless app! So many failed transactions. They don't have In App Support or call center to dispute a case. I've tried so many wallets but this is worst. The app gets useless when it don't work properly. I won't recommend it to anyone.
