Ratings and reviews

Documents don't show on the app, have to switch to the website to see them. Only actually opens with the login screen sometimes, and it won't work if it doesn't start on the login screen. Nothing in the app works correctly with any consistency. Just use their website, it's far more reliable. Waste of time trying to use their app.

Not user friendly. Has no auto insurance cards. Can't pay bills. Takes you to website to login again to pay bills or see policy. Doesn't has account or policy numbers in app or website even after logged in. Totally bogus app. Needs major fix.

Good company, the longer I've been with them the better discounts I get. Fast & Fair service
