To log in, view policy details or pay your bill, you must:

• Be registered at www.fmins.com/phs
• Have an active personal insurance policy
• Have an active billing account
• Not be subject to other policy or billing restrictions

Ratings and reviews

Documents don't show on the app, have to switch to the website to see them. Only actually opens with the login screen sometimes, and it won't work if it doesn't start on the login screen. Nothing in the app works correctly with any consistency. Just use their website, it's far more reliable. Waste of time trying to use their app.

This app is basically useless. As you can see it hasn't been updated in close to a year ! I emailed the developers and never heard back. I emailed frankenmuth insurance directly and they told me they are having technical difficulties and to clear the cache, still nothing. I get the feeling they really don't care about this app and it apparently shows.

App is not always working or available. Multiple times I will open the app but nothing is available for selection. Process to make payments is not streamlined as your billing accounts aren't automatically linked, they have to be manually entered before you can make a payment.
