I do not like your app. You literally cannot do anything on it. You can't search any kind of help topics. You can not activate or find out how to use new debit card when you haven't received your new pin number yet. Very irritating especially when you have no other way to get money from your account because you have to work.

Can't even access my online banking, it keeps showing error. Just started having this issue a week ago. You need to fix this problem.

Lately it crashes when opening bill pay
