App is installed on my Samsung Galaxy phone, no issues with it. Have used it mostly for info, like connect week details and colleague lookup. New features being added to improve usability, like the new scan to reserve (commons) and auto check-in. Looking forward to trying those out! If anyone is still having issues, recommend taking your BYOD to Guru Bar (tech support). I did have to get help when switching to my new device, some settings needed to be cleared.

Installed in my Google pixel. app not loading at all. getting authenticator request but app keeps loading after authentication

worked fine for last few years, but latest update doesn't load the browse by map floor plan when making seat reservations.
