The Crew app is designed to help crews monitor the entire pick-up and drop-off process easily and transparently. Crews can view complete details of the assigned driver, including name, contact information, vehicle, and relevant HSE information. The app also displays the driver's location in real time, so crews can know their estimated arrival time without having to wait manually.

Furthermore, crews can register during the drop-off process, both at the beginning and during the trip. Once the trip is complete, a rating feature is available to assess the driver and the overall travel experience. This rating is used to improve the quality of transportation services going forward. With a simple interface, the app helps crews experience a safer, more comfortable, and more controlled pick-up and drop-off process.
