Your work, in one place
See FMS workflow milestones, delegated tasks, and recurring checklists together in a single home feed. Tasks are grouped by urgency—Overdue, Today, Tomorrow, and Later—so you always know what needs attention first. Search, filter by person, and sort by due date, buffer, criticality, or project to focus on what matters.
Three ways work gets done
• FMS Milestones — Complete steps in structured workflows tied to projects. See project buffer and criticality at a glance so you can prioritize high-impact work.
• Delegated Tasks — Assign one-off tasks to teammates or take on work delegated to you. Create new delegated tasks right from the app.
• Checklists — Run daily, weekly, or monthly checklists on schedule. Define checklists in the app; occurrences are generated automatically so routines stay on track.
Collaborate and close the loop
Open any task to view details, post messages, and share attachments. When work is finished, mark it done and send it for review. Managers and assigners can approve or return items until the job is truly complete.
