Ratings and reviews

Why can you not filter open requests based on request type? Each group only wants to see their requests (ie, Facility, IT, Grounds etc..) How was this missed, seems like one of the most needed feature. (Sort\Filter) We dont really use the app, without that feature, this is mostly useless when you have 30+ different request types in a very large facility.

I really like using the app, but the fact I can't "execute" planned maintenance items and still have to use the browser for that is disappointing.

The functionality still needs work. You cant filter work orders or find the most recent ones without having to scroll all the way down. The main screen isnt very useful. The to do list icon should be able to alternate between PMs and work orders not just show PMs. Or atleast have an work order icon or section. I wish it was setup like the website more or less. This is definitely a work in progress. I probably wont use it until it gets more streamlined. Ill update my rating when its more useful.

What’s new

This release adds the ability to assign and reassign work requests!

Other items:
- Task occurrence cards now show the task ID and the next due date instead of the occurrence ID.
- Task details now show the IDs and next due date.
- Work request cards now show the correct priority.
