Often locks up/freezes or kicks me off for no reason like a timeout. I like the mobile deposit part but you have to wait several hours to several days for a separate email indicating if the deposit was accepted/ validated. It would be more efficient and helpful to get a notification in the app is there was a problem.

2/4 update, phone and app updated and works perfectly 1/23 update back to not working on my Samsung S22 1/13 update: I'm back! Samsung updated and app works as it should. Great communication from FNB, outstanding support from the highest levels, thanks! 12/28 update: talked with tech support, even though the app used to work on my Samsung S22, it no longer works. So the update was not good for my phone. 12/29 update: received call from tech support, FNB is working on it. Support much appreciate
