Ok So what I learned from this app, apparently if you get issues with logging into your account it'll take quite awhile to even get it back up. Currently my stuff won't let me sign in do to their own issues. However if it does start working it can be pretty useful. So I just use cashapp to have a bit of money transferred each time from this app to cashapp. Transferring isn't an issue it just goes right through as long as it knows its you. In short try another bank app.

Absolutely the worst app I have on my phone. Everytime I try to use it I have problems logging in plus it takes forever to load. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with customer service the other day he couldn't figure it out. So he was going to have his boss call me which is supposedly smarter than him. Here we are three days later and still haven't received a call with a non-functioning app

Absolutely atrocious app. Nothing is connected to their internal data. Randomly have your account locked. Attempt to reset password. Receive no email. Finally receive email 8 hours later. Password has expired. Call cs. Have them send you a reset email. Repeate. Do not bank here if you even remotely want to leverage technology to your benefit.
