never works, I always have to uninstall app and reinstall it every time I want to go on the app.. been doing this for months now

App wasn't working for me for a couple weeks because I use a Pixel phone and the phone gets operating system updates before other phones. I reached out to the bank and the application developer, and they responded in about a day. The app is fixed and works as flawlessly as it did before my phone updated. Good job 1st National Bank of Lebanon, Ohio and your developers!

I absolutely love the bank and all of its people. the only reason im giving a 3 star is because when I signed up with them there was a location near me and they have closed and moved so many times the closest branch is an hour and fifteen minutes away from me now.
