It's nice to be able to look up accounts and transfer when I need to

When it works, it works well. When it doesn't work, it tells you that it cannot validate your credentials and locks you out of your account then forces you to reset your password, and never sends you the password reset. You then have to call the bank to get back into your online banking because you're locked out of your account, you don't have the temp password from the password reset and your old password doesn't work anymore. It's a massive pain! Buuut.... When it works, it works well!
