Need some serious work on the renewal of password every 6 month! I am a severely impared memory issue person and I do not have voice mail because I cannot remember passwords and to get a temp password it wants to voice mail it, so every 6 months I must play phone tag with the bank to get it straightened out@ This is very inconvenient!

It really needs to support a dark mode color scheme. It's very painful for me to use the bright white user interface.

Password reset doesn't work. If it decides it doesn't like your password then you have to wait until regular business hours to reset your password. Even when the information entered is right it says it doesn't match the records. Very inconvenient
