Continuous problems logging in. Have set up fingerprint even and it keeps clearing everything, can only log in once after the teller resets password before cannot verify credentials error again. Constantly calling to reset. Same issue after reset when trying to transfer $ to another internal account. Bank doesn't see any issues or that I locked myself out.

Would give 0 stars if I could. App won't even open... just get a message that the app has "stopped working". I have uninstalled and installed several times, but still won't open. Have used this app with no problems for the past 4 years, but hasn't worked since the last update. "If it aint broke, DON'T fix it!"

Worst banking app ever! When I need to check balance home screen ALWAYS pops up with an error code or tells me I need to call for further assistance. If or when I can log into app the balance isn't up to date with my current purchases, and on weekends especially on Saturday & Sunday my balance will always have an outrageous positive amount showing. I've called FNB, spoke to someone who handles the app and have been told it's my phone. I've got the newer IPhone/Android phones both have issues.
