About this app

OBS Driver Mobile is a private, driver-only business application for authorized Online Brand Store delivery drivers.

The app does not provide self-registration. Driver accounts are provisioned and managed by FNS administrators. Please use the phone number and PIN provided in the Sign-In Information section.

Review flow:

1. Sign in with the provided review account.
2. The Dashboard displays the driver’s assigned route and delivery progress.
3. Open Deliveries to review assigned stops.
4. If the route shows “WH Load Pending,” confirm WH Load before testing delivery updates. Delivery information remains viewable before confirmation, but delivery action buttons are intentionally disabled.
5. Open a delivery stop to review its schedule, instructions, status, and required documents.
6. The Documents screen allows the driver to capture or select proof-of-delivery files.
7. The Incident screen allows the driver to submit an incident category, description, and supporting photo.
8. Work Done becomes available only after all assigned deliveries are finalized and all required documents are complete. This is an intentional business rule.

Face ID or Touch ID sign-in is optional and can only be enabled after a successful phone number and PIN login on a supported device. Biometric authentication is not required to review the app. If biometric authentication is unavailable, continue using the provided phone number and PIN.

Camera and photo-library access are requested only when the driver chooses to capture or select delivery evidence or an incident photo.
