Focus is a calm study timer with an app blocker built in: Pomodoro focus blocks with real breaks, your distracting apps covered while you study, exam countdowns, and friends who focus with you live. No account needed, and your study history stays on your phone.

🛡 BLOCK DISTRACTIONS
• App blocker: during a focus block, the apps you choose are covered by a calm screen. Pick blocked or allowed apps for every subject, or lists of its own for one subject. Calls are never covered.
• Focus guard: leaving the app counts as an interruption, so your stats stay honest
• Focus++: keep your phone face down; picking it up pauses the timer
• Do Not Disturb during blocks, and a Quick Settings tile to start one
• Strict mode: a block you stop early isn't saved

⏱ A STUDY TIMER FOR EVERY DAY
• Pomodoro timer: focus blocks with short and long breaks, 25/5 or lengths you choose
• Journey: a long study day split into hour-long blocks with breaks
