Schulte tables are a classic technique used to develop peripheral vision, sustained attention, and mental agility. The task is simple: find numbers in order from 1 to N, keeping your gaze focused on the center of the table. Regular short workouts help you read faster, concentrate better, and maintain focus longer.
HOW TO PLAY
The numbers on the board are shuffled. Tap them in order—1, 2, 3, and so on. Try not to shift your gaze, but notice the numbers with your peripheral vision: this trains your entire field of attention, not just your eyes.
