You can set your desired focus time yourself and save a record when the session ends. You can easily review your focus flow by checking today, 7 days, 30 days, or your entire history.

Turning on Powerful Focus Mode helps you refocus with notifications and warning screens when you leave the app during a focus session. This feature only works when the user manually enables it, and you must allow Usage Access permission in your Android settings to use it.
