FocusMe blocks the apps and websites that pull you away, so your phone works for you instead of against you.

Build a plan in four quick steps: what to block, when it runs, how strict it is, and a final review. A plan can:

• Block apps and websites completely
• Set a Time Limit per day or per hour
• Set a Session Limit: how many times a day you can open something, how long each visit lasts, and the break between visits
• Run on a weekly schedule, or start a Quick Timer for a burst of focus right now

Choose how hard each plan is to stop:

• Unlocked: stopping is one tap
• Gentle Guidance: type 5 random characters first
• Firm but Flexible: type 10 random characters
• Lock it Down: type 25 random characters perfectly, with no mistakes allowed
• Enforced: no way to stop until the plan ends

Tamper Protection, with its own PIN, keeps FocusMe from being switched off or uninstalled while your plans are running, or at all times if you prefer.

See where your time goes: how long you spend in each app and website, and how often you open them.

Works with FocusMe on your computer: with FocusMe Premium, sign in to back up your plans and sync them with FocusMe for Windows and Mac. A plan made on your computer can block your phone too.

Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Samsung Internet, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Opera and Opera Mini.

Privacy and permissions
• Accessibility Service: FocusMe uses it to see which app is open and which website your browser is showing, so it can block and time them. Nothing else on your screen is stored or sent.
• Device Administrator: used only by Tamper Protection, to stop FocusMe being uninstalled while it is on. Tamper Protection is optional.
• Your usage history stays on your phone. If you sign in to sync with your other devices, your daily totals are stored in your FocusMe account so they appear there too. We never sell or share your data.
