FocusRhythm helps people start a single, clear focus session without needing an account or cloud sync.
Set a concrete goal, choose a focus length, and optionally add a short break and a wrap-up review. The timer shows the current stage, remaining time, and progress so you can stay aware of what comes next.
The app keeps local records of each session, including planned time, actual active time, pause count, outcome, and a stage timeline. You can search records by goal text, inspect the details of a session, copy an unfinished goal into a new draft, or delete entries when you no longer need them.
Reusable presets make it easy to return to common session setups. You can save, edit, and remove presets within the app, with a limit of 12.
FocusRhythm also includes a statistics page with factual summaries such as total active time, completed rounds, and common focus periods. Settings let you adjust default durations, sound cues, motion reduction, and theme preference.
The app works offline and keeps all goals, presets, records, and preferences on the device.
